Hotels and Resorts
Choosing the right accommodation is just as important as choosing the right destination. The style of hotel or resort will set the atmosphere for your vacation. Below are the descriptions to help you decide which style of hotel/resort you prefer. We offer the following to most popular destinations:
- Hotels
- usually consist of guest rooms, restaurants, a pool, meeting space, and business services.
- Resorts
- typically have everything that hotels offer, but they incorporate recreation and/or spa services. Resorts attempt to provide most of a vacationer’s wants while remaining on the premises, such as food, drinks, lodging, sports, entertainment, and shopping.
- All-inclusive resorts
- , besides providing all of the common amenities of a resort, charge a fixed price that includes most or all items. At a minimum, most inclusive resorts include lodging, unlimited food, drink, sports activities, and entertainment for a fixed price.
- Boutique properties
- are usually smaller hotels that have fewer than 100 guest rooms. Boutique hotels are known for offering more of a unique experience than a typical large, corporate chain hotel. They can be a good compromise between a large hotel and a bed & breakfast.
